I'm not worried about weight or weight loss, but need to tighten up my muscles. So it's the exercise I need to pursue. I'm not sure I wanted to be reminded! haha - just joking! It's valuable information!!
But seriously - I'm very opposed to taking pills for weight loss. One must change the life-style, not just shave off some pounds, or else they will just pile back on and possibly more. Unless a person LEARNS how to eat properly - it's wasted effort. Also when people start messing with the body's normal processes (such as blocking how it treats carbs) - it is starting contrary things which lead to more contrary things. The body's processes are the way they are for our best survival and longevity. When we mess with those processes, our bodies lose a lot of their natural wisdom.
Well hub is quite Informatics but as a body builder i recommend more weight and grow sexy well exercises are informatics thanks for sharing

No pill is going to work for weight loss, you have to eat less and exercise more.
So you hate to exercise? Me too, because I can't see wasting all my energy without getting any real work done. If you do your housework the way you should, you will get more than enough exercise, PLUS your house will be clean!
